For those of you who would like to register early, the online registration form for the 5p- Society 2014 conference is now open!!

Payment can be made through the 5p- Society's PayPal account.  If you are looking for a paper copy of the registration form, it will be available the beginning of March.

Who is your Super Hero? 

We all know that individuals with Cri du Chat Syndrome are Super Heroes!! They may not jump tall buildings, fly as fast at the speed of light or bend steel, but they are strong, determined, stubborn, loving and work harder than anyone to reach their highest potential.  All accomplishments regardless of how big or small are to be celebrated!! But you know who else is a Super Hero?  Moms, dads, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, teachers, therapists, doctors and friends who give unconditional love and support also deserve the title of Super Hero.   In 2014 we celebrate and honor all the Super Heroes in our children's lives.

Who is your Super Hero?

Throughout the year, we would love for you to submit pictures of your Super Hero, with or without a mask!!  We hope to get enough pictures to showcase them during the 2014 conference!! 

And, if you are coming to the conference, don't forget your Super Hero costume for the banquet on Saturday night!!
